Q: What Types of vendors are a good fit for this event? 

A: This is great for vendors who offer a product or service directly related to the set up and coordination or a ceremony and reception or vendors that may find it hard to showcase their talents and services in traditional bridal shows.  Our vendors also thrive off strong, personal connections made with their clients and couples and those who gravitate towards a more candid and interactive networking environment.  If you have a creative eye and drive to Wow - you'll be a great fit!

Q: Are there any fun changes in the works for 2017?

A: Oh yes! We are very excited to be expanding the tour this year and look forward to announcing that news soon.  We are also adding real life couples to each of our stops to complete the styled shoot and design of each. By incorporating a mini fashion show at each tour stop, we look forward to highlighting options for hair, makeup, dress, tuxedos and jewelry. We look forward to another year of providing a well rounded and exciting experience at each stop! Stay Tuned - we also have some very fun perks in store for our participating vendors and sponsors!

Q:Can you tell me about the vendor exclusivity of the event? 

A: With only 3 unique tour stops, exclusivity is a top priority in order to provide our attendees with a range of services and styles while not overwhelming them with options.  We also want the talents and services of our vendors to shine, they are creatives and artists and it's very important to us that our attendees and guests have a chance to get to know them on a more personal level during the tour.

Q: Is there a fee to participate? 

A: There is a $500 investment level for wedding professionals to participate as well as limited category exclusivity opportunities. Contact us at info@weddingcrasherstour.com if you are interested in learning more about participation.  

Q: What is the Tour like for couples?

A: During registration at our host venue, guests will have an opportunity to grab breakfast bites, drinks and visit with our sponsors. A short presentation will follow with directions for the day and then it will be off to the tour buses for a mini guided tour of city sights as guests travel from stop to stop.
At each mock ceremony/reception stop attendees will grab a seat in the ceremony location for introductions of the wedding professional team that brought that particular design vision to life. Each stop allows guests to interact personally with featured pros, experience their collaborative talents and discover how these elements can complete their big day. Guests enjoy delectable catering, desserts & libations while live music & entertainment sets the mood for each mini fashion show & more!  After sufficient time at the tour stops, it's back on the bus to our host venue for the finale.  Guests will enjoy fun giveaways, swag bags, photo booths and always a surprise ending!

Q: I'm a wedding professional, am I able to attend as a guest? 

A: The tour is ideal and designed for engaged couples that can benefit from the design inspiration and great contacts with local vendors. However, we are working on new exclusive opportunities for vendors that wish to attend and experience the tour as a guest.  Stay Tuned!
